Our in house nutritionist prepares your weekly menu options.

Meals are either a bowl, salad or wrap.  Proteins are 4 ounces cooked.  Each meal includes either all-natural chicken or organic tofu as the protein. Upgrade to premium proteins for +$3.  Additional protein portions are also available for $3|$5. Every meal comes with a protein.  Wraps will come with chicken and a side apple unless specified. Modifications are available upon request.
